Sports should be emphasized alot in school because sports generally keep you out of trouble. Kids on teams are usually driven individuals with set goals. Sports teaches someone the values of sportmanship and teamwork. Sports is also a good way to free yourself from whatever troubles you might have. Everyone in high school should be active in some kind of sport

I think that sports are a good think in school because they are good to keep kids out of trouble. They produce a family bond between kids and are a good social aspect to school.

Athletics are an outlet for the young mind to express themselves in other areas of school. It is a way for students to shows their strengths if they are not particularly intellectual. It also promotes teamwork and various qualities that are essesntial for a healthy lifestyle.

I think sports are an important part of our school lives. They offer us a way to foster qualities such as competition, teamwork and motivation. They also allow us to be involved in activities in which we can stay active and fit. I think that sports should continue to be emphasized in school for these reasons.

Sports are one of the most important aspects of school life for me. The importance differs from student to student but overall it plays a big part. As much as some students may not want to be apart of any athletic clubs or even participate in gym class, they can't escape the overall aura of scholastic sports. For me personally, my out of school sports have had a far more important impact on my life though the drama and press of high school sports is intoxicating. No student should be without the chance to experience the aspects of sports in their lives.

There are certain aspects of scholastic athletics that should be tweeked. The overpowering of certain sports in comparrison to others is both unfair and frustrating for the athletes. Though this may be inevitable amoung the student body, the faculty should be forced to be aware of all student athletes as well as their achievments. Also, of course, there are the biased politics of high school sports and which athletes get noticed even if they are truly less talented. sadly, I don't think there is any way to reverse this.

Overall, sports play a big part of most high schoolers lives. Whether they are players, fans, or simply walking past a swimming poster in the hallway, they are affected. I've loved participating, watching, and cheering throughout my high school life.

I think sports should be emphasied in school. Everyone should have a chance to participate in sports teams and be able to learn a new sense of competition. It is important to build bonds with teammates and coaches. Sports help students stay focused if they can not perform well in school.

i think that athletics have a big role in school. they create friendships with people you might not have gotten to know otherwise and they create a connection with teachers that are then there for you even if you dont have them as a teacher. while they give something for people to work for, if sports arent someones thing and they have other interests i think those other interests should be emphasized by the school along with sports.
